When we got upstairs, in the auxiliary populate, the coach had everyone to lot out so we can have plenty of r oom. She put in the yogi idiot box and told everyone to listen to the instructor on the TV and follow along. As I was in the middle of doing a sideways stick genus bend, my knew popped out of place. As I nip to the ground a loud yelp came from my voice and I hit the floor. My coach immediately ran over to where I was lay holding my knee. As she examined it she called the office and asked them to send help to the gym.
